Karafuto Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") makes rules over privacy policies (hereinafter referred to as "the policies") on customers' use of the company's web site.
The private information in the policies is such that the information can detect the name, the birthday, the address, the telephone number, the email address, etc. of a particular person. In short, the information which can detect the particular person.

Based on the request(s), if the company believes that his/her (their) private information needs to be revised, the company will do so through its designated method.
When the company revises his/her (their) private information, it will notify him/her (them) of the revision(s). Also, if the company does not revise the private information, it will notify him/her (them) that no revision(s) will be made.
When a customer (customers) claim(s) to the company that his/her (their) private information is used in (an) inappropriate way(s), the company will investigate the claim(s).
After the investigation, if the company believes that the claim(s) is (are) legitimate, it will suspend the use of the private information.
When the company suspends his/her (their) private information, it will notify him/her (them) of the suspension(s). Also, if the company does not suspend the private information, it will notify him/her (them) that no suspension(s) will be made.
The company's web site utilizes an analysis tool called “Google Analytics” provided by Google. “Google Analytics” collects traffic data of our customers through cookies.
Our customers can refuse traffic data collection by disabling the cookies in their browser settings.
By the way, traffic data collection does not detect a particular customer. For details, please see rules of “Google Analytics”.
The cookies are a tool (a computer program) such that the cookies record browsing history in a user's computer.
By the way, the cookies record only access information to various web sites and do not record the name, the address, the email address, the telephone number, etc. of the computer user.
Consequently, the access information recorded in the cookies do not detect a particular user.
Unauthorized copying and unauthorized reprinting of copyrighted works such as texts, images, and videos, etc. posted on this web site are prohibited without written consent from the company.
